What recession? Going out is much more important!

Sunny, from the UK, on X Factor versus a night out…

Although the cold nights and the X Factor can make it very tempting to stay in you have to admit there is nothing like a good night out.

It can be anything from going out for a meal, seeing the latest film or to dance your cares away – the going out buzz is always the same. Who doesn’t feel excited at the prospect of being with your mates and having a brilliant time?

Getting ready for a night out can be very stressful but it sure is fun. Everyone has their little rituals and for me I can’t get ready without music. Having some boss tunes blasting out just makes waiting for the night to come that more exciting. It can be anything from Britpop classics to some 90s cheese. It’s all welcome!

Going out somewhere is the perfect excuse to go shopping for a new outfit. With so much affordable yet stylish offerings on the high street there really is no excuse not to look good. Recession, what recession?

When I don’t feel like putting my sexy dancing shoes on then the next best night out for me is to go out for a meal. Beautiful food, beautiful people and lots of gossiping- it’s bound to be a good night out.

At the moment I love teaming up my Dorothy Perkins studded black skinny jeans with a grey boyfriend blazer and an embellished top. Stylish and on trend yet comfortable enough for the occasion. Another trend I am totally feeling is the rock chic glam. So instead I might opt for a black studded tunic, black leggings and my biker jacket. Stick on some glam heels or funky flats and I am good to go!

Just after I’ve finished watching the X Factor of course…
