Well girls, the party season is almost upon us (Hooray), and time to start planning your outfits, stock up on make up and plan your undergarments from those Bridget Jones knickers to thigh trimming cycling shorts, gross I know, but essential to look your absolute best under those sexy body con dresses, but perhaps not a great idea if you plan on finally making a move on the guy that you’ve fancied for the last year at the office party, in which case a slouchy 80’s dress would be great to wear sexier undies with (although probably more of an issue after a few dates)!
On the subject of the office Christmas party, you know the scene well girls, the ladies loo’s suddenly become a boudoir full of perfume, make up, hair straighteners and elbows flying trying to squeeze in a space by one of the mirrors, and the temperature always seems to rise dramatically so that it’s reminiscent of a blokes sweaty changing room after a football match (not cool), but if your clever enough you can avoid this almost completely, by doing your hair and most of your make in the morning, so that when 5:30pm comes, all you’ll have to do is give it a touch up at your desk and avoid the madness all together, so all you’ll have to do is change into your outfit and be in and out of there like a flash, or if your really smart, you may not need to change your outfit at all, just peel off a couple of layers and add some bling.
My recommended essential items for the office to party makeover are – Deodorant wipes, Perfume, Mini toothbrush kit (brush teeth late afternoon to avoid the rush), spare knickers to make you feel fresher, Mini hairspray and a good hairbrush, and a really good compact mirror.
